Delivery Time and Cost
At BR, we strive to deliver your product with excellent service and flexibility, every time.
Your order will ony ship once your order have been approved, charges and security deposit, if applicable, are authorized and captured.
Your products will be delivered through UPS (or another shipping partner selected by BR) to the address specified at the time of order. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email from BR with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.
BR's estimated delivery time and shipping fee vary per (i) inventory availability, (ii) your delivery address, (iii) when you place an order, and (iv) other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly, BR makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time.
Please note: Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. We cannot ship to a different address than we bill to, unless otherwise authorized by us in advance. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you require further advice on the delivery of your order. Also, if this is your first time ordering, we may require emailed proof of ID and verification of physical address.
A customer signature is required for all deliveries in order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the product(s). All other BR terms and conditions apply.
BR offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more (before taxes and shipping charges are added) or $25 flat-rate standard shipping. If you need an item quicker, you will have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Return shipping is free for all rentals.
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we DO NOT ship to any PO Boxes, US territories, nor APO/FPO addresses.
Any offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. Any Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Terms are subject to change.
