Returns and Refunds
If your Bag Romance order does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 1 business day from the date of delivery, provided that:
- the order was for a 30-day rental (i.e. 7-day rentals are not eligible for return); and
- the Bag Romance prouct tag must be attached; - Products without the 'Bag Romance' tag are subject to a full 30-day rental term and fee; and
- the Product must be unaltered and unworn and in the original condition in which it was received.
When shipping your returns back, you can use the prepaid return label that was included in the original shipment.
Refund or Exchange
After we have correctly received the return, we will refund the original order amount (less any applicable shipping fees) to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days.
Please note there is a 15% restock fee, for rental items returned.
Exchanges will be re-shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your return.

End of Term Return of the Products; Extensions
You agree to return the Products to Bag Romance in the original shipment packaging on or before the return date for the Products that are identified in the online invoice for your order. You may extend your order for a product on the site or by phone to BR; provided that any extensions are subject to other orders for that Product and to pre-payment of the additional Rental Fee applicable to that Product for the period of time of the extension. You must return the Product by delivering the Product in the Return Packaging to a UPS store located in the United States by 12 p.m. on or before the date that the Product is due.
The product must be returned in the condition it has been delivered, along with all accessories in its original packaging. If you return the Products late or not at all or when returning a damaged product, the provisions of the Rental Agreement apply.
If your Bag Romance purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) that still have the BR return tags attached within 2 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
All US clearance sales or products marked are final sale are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and insurance. We recommend insuring the package upon its return. BR is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We can only honor returns if the below process is respected:
Go to the Contact Us page and use your order details to file a request within 2 business days of delivery (as evidenced by the UPS delivery scan). Identify the product(s) that you wish to return, and indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange. When shipping your returns back, you must use the prepaid return label that BR will provide and shipped no later than 2 business days from when the return label was provided (as evidenced by the UPS tracking number). For your assurance, it is required to request a receipt as proof and confirm that the package has been scanned when dropping the package off at UPS; BR is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned by UPS.
Shipment fees both ways will not be refunded; you will be liable for both the initial shipping fee, as well as the return shipping fee.
